REGISTRATION CHANGES: Any changes made prior to the class date will incur a $25.00 processing fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made prior to five (5) business days of the class date will incur a $25.00 processing fee. There is no refund for cancellations made within five (5) business days of the class date, for “No Shows”, late arrivals or early departures.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our prelicensing course materials, no refunds, credits or exchanges can be given once the materials have been mailed from our office.
Repeat Rule
It is your responsibility to be sure you do not repeat a course number in the same compliance period. If in doubt, view your CE transcript.

Address Changes
North Carolina Department of Insurance requires notification of address changes (including email) within 10 business days. Visit the National Insurance Producer Registry, www.nipr.com to update your address.
